while the staff was polite, I was shocked by the breakfast, as I didn’t expect only two sausages and cold scrambled eggs. I also didn't receive a complimentary upgrade for my stay. The noise from the street was unbearable, so much for a good night's sleep. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

My stay in the Double Room was nice. The room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning. I loved having two windows that let in a lot of light and opened up to a nice view of the boulevard. The comfortable bed made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The only downside was the shower size—it felt a bit cramped. But other than that, the room was a solid retreat!

the florence milano is conveniently located right across a supermarket and super close to the bus station for easy access. it's just a short walk to the m1 and m2 metro stations. the reception staff were always helpful, which made my solo trip even smoother.
